I thought this day would never come. The wallpaper is finally all gone. Whew. Sigh of relief.

Trent completed the framing for the walls in our new dining room. He also completed the demolition of the walls that we needed to remove. The place is looking so open and spacious! That is if you can look past all the trash.

Trent removed all light fixtures, AC grills and intercoms from the house in preparation for the painters this week. Yes, there was an ancient intercom system in the house. Though it looked super fancy, we decided to just take it out 😉
For now, my work at Ugly House is complete. I was able to get so much done there this weekend thanks to Conleigh’s LaLa (Trent’s mom). She kept Conleigh for us the whole weekend so that we could both be over there working. Trent plans to work on the house after work everyday this week and is off the entire next week to work on the house. Everything is coming along smoothly and the project is on schedule for the house to be move in safe by September 15th.
